Join us on Friday, January 23 from 4:30–6:30pm for an evening of restorative yoga and pranayama at The Yoga Place, offered both in studio and online. Jennie Williford will guide you through gentle, supported poses and calming breath work designed to help quiet the nervous system and reconnect you with your breath.

This is a practice of slowing down, creating space, and caring for both body and mind. Step out of the busyness of the week and into the weekend feeling grounded, steady, and at ease.
