Isn’t life magical? ✨ Full of small & big synchronized events and healings.

One thing I’ve learned… our health and our life are not guaranteed tomorrow. 🥹✝️

This weekend marks the beginning of a new chapter! Just like we can’t unsee Jesus when He fully reveals Himself… you can’t unsee the lives changed and hearts charged to spread awareness for healing, whole and well. 💛

This weekend, I say YES to the blessings… and they are oh so abundant!

The next leg of my journey brings new chapters, new offerings, and fresh life breathed into me. Visions and prayers coming full circle… oh, God is so good! 😇

New friends. New teammates. New members. New seasons. New spaces.

Birthing and Building: Becoming Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

“God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies (or equips) the called.”

As my youngest turns four, I’ve been deep in reflection. The biggest truth rising to the surface? We have to get comfortable with the uncomfortable in all arenas.

We’re not meant to have it all figured out. That’s the mystery and the gift of life. Again, never one size fits all.

This morning, I looked at the messy pile of shoes by the door. Normally, it would drive me nuts. But today, it brought me to tears. It means my house is lived in. My children are healthy and we are alive. That’s everything.

CrossFit reminded me again growth only happens when we push past what’s hard. That’s where the magic is. But you have to believe in it.

This journey of healing, the message and care I provide isn’t about avoiding pain. It’s about walking through it. Holding space. Remembering who you are and what you’ve already survived. You are SO loved and remembered, YOU are a SURVIVOR!

Living fully awake means you stop numbing and start noticing. You face everything and that is where spiritual transformation begins.

Being 100% sober for 3 years; means I chase “healthy” highs!! Rooted in Healing and true JOY!

As I reflect on the birth of my son August, my hardest pregnancy, birth, and postpartum yet, I know now: that and this season cracked me open. And God met me there. Oh so good!

When you get comfortable with the uncomfortable, you begin birthing and building everything He has in store for you.

GreenHouse Co-op wasn’t just built overnight, it was answering a calling and a promised prayer🌀

It was born from years of listening, really listening.. to hundreds of women in my chair, in every season and transitions of life.

Over time, my chair became more than a place to get your hair done.
It became a safe space, where women could let go, speak truth, and feel seen.

And the biggest transformation I noticed?
It wasn’t just the hair.
It was what happened on the inside.

When someone feels safe and loved, even for just 45 minutes..
the outer transformation becomes a bonus!

The real shift starts within.

That’s when I realized:
Beauty is an inside job.

Somehow, beauty got left out of the wellness wheel.
But to me, beauty = love.
Love = self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance = confidence and awareness.
And that, to me, is BeautiFEEL.

That’s why we’re different.
That’s why GreenHouse stands apart.

This is a place where beauty and healing walk hand in hand
not just how you look, but how you feel.

And the truth is, what works for me might not work for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all in this journey.
Because God made us each unique.

When women come together, bringing their strengths and showing up where they need support, something powerful happens.

🤸‍♀️Full Cartwheel Moment 🤸🏼

It’s a gift not to fit in ✨
To think differently.
To feel deeply.
To see beyond the surface.

Blessing? I see the light in everyone.
Curse? I see the pain, too.

Where are my fellow feelers at?!?

But mostly… not fitting in gave me the patience, compassion, and reverence to treat all people with kindness and gratitude. 🙌

I’ll never forget how I was always given the “quirky” or “difficult” clients at the salon front desk… because I genuinely love people.

I find beauty in the unusual, magic in the misfits, and grace in the gap.

Pro? I’m fiercely loyal.
Con? I’ve had to learn the hard way that second (and third) chances must come with healthy boundaries.

Because I felt life deeply, I built my businesses from what was missing from the gaps, from the broken systems, from what wasn’t working.

🌟 Fierce Friday 🌟
Let’s raise the vibration together 🌈

Lately, I’ve been getting real clear about my non-negotiables.
Maybe this is what boundaries actually look like? 🤔
Not drawn from blame, but from growth, self-awareness, and grace.

✨ I want to be in rooms where we celebrate each other, not just tolerated.. I can feel your truth 🥹🙈
✨ I will honor the gifts God gave me: my sensitivity, intuition, and deep feelings.
✨ I won’t shrink to fit into spaces that lack love, safety, or authenticity.
✨ I will lead with truth and tenderness, and I won’t feel guilty for doing so.

If I want soul-aligned spaces, I have to be that space too.
If I want safety, I must help create it.

I’ve always held myself to a standard of responsibility,
Equal energy exchange matters too, I want to grow and learn from you, with you.

A small, genuine circle beats a loud room full of people who don’t see you.
And honestly? I’m not mad, I’m at peace. ☮️🌈

Sometimes I ask myself (not to be morbid, just real):
If I’m away from my kids, am I with people who would care if I didn’t come home?

That’s the kind of truth that shapes my choices now.

So today I ask you gently:
What are your non-negotiables and are you truly living by them?

Faith or Fear? Why You Might Not Be Sleeping 😴

Faith and fear can both keep you up at night.
They show up the same way in your body,
racing heart, restless energy, spiraling thoughts.

One is divine direction.
The other is a distraction.

When it is of God; you are IN-SPIRIT- Inspired and oh so excited for life… AGAIN 😉 This is ME NOW 🙌🙏

Isn’t life a journey 😉

But for many moments, it’s hard to tell the difference..

Especially when your nervous system is overloaded, your hormones are off, or your stress levels are maxed out.

I’ve seen this not only in myself, but in so many guests…

A stirring that feels spiritual, but underneath it…
there’s a body & soul crying out for balance.

That’s why I’m so passionate about combining spiritual discernment with holistic healing.

Because sometimes it is God waking you up…
And sometimes, your body is simply too depleted to rest. 🥹

I’ve witnessed what happens when women get the right support
• Sleep returns
• Anxiety softens
• Peace deepens
• Purpose gets clearer

Almost 20 years ago, (which is so crazy to write because where did 20 years go?!? 🤣😂)

As a deep thinker, processor. A girl set out to find out the questions and curiosity burning in their heart.. 💛

The power of mindset, affirmations, and prayer every. Single. Day. 🌞

That’s what changed my life, divine intervention, healings and miracles began to unfold.

Through the legendary wisdom of Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, and Don Miguel Ruiz’s Toltec teachings, I found my way into a deeper faith journey.

They helped me understand what it truly means to live a faithful life a spiritual one, one that connected me to my heart, the heart of God. I feel my catholic upbringing missed the mark on this one. 🤪

If you’re a quick learner like I am, sometimes it only takes a single affirmation to reset your mind, drop into your heart, and help your nervous system feel safe again. 🪽

And when you do that again and again abundance happens. 😁

But here’s the hard part:
As you rise, you will also watch things fall away.
This is the sacred synchronization process.
Some of what you’ll lose, you weren’t ready to let go of. 🥹🫶🏻

Some of it isn’t good or bad, it just no longer aligns.
And sometimes, your light will reveal the dark in others…
…and in yourself. 😳🙈

But even then, you’re getting closer to God.
You’re learning to core yourself in Him.
And He is using you as a vessel.

As Brené Brown reminds us:
“When you choose courage over comfort, you sign up to get your butt kicked. You can’t be brave without being vulnerable. You can’t rise without risk.”

So as your arena grows, not everyone will understand your path.
But God does.
Keep rising anyway.
