🤰If you’re pregnant or have been pregnant you’ve likely heard of or experienced round ligament pain. It is most often sharp, one-sided, pain between your belly button and “hip”. During your prenatal chiropractic visit with Dr. Erica, she will always check for round ligament differences from side to side but also explore why it started.

🤰It’s usually related to repetition of movement habits, sleep habits, always holding a child on one side, always (you name it) and builds over time in the belly/hip/glute muscles and then, becomes painful during pregnancy.

🤰We love solving puzzles so you can get out of the pain cycle but also get out of the poor movement habit so it doesn’t lead to other problems beyond pregnancy!
