Beyond Calories: The Overlooked Factors of Weight Gain
Experiencing weight gain that just seemed to show up overnight?

There are several ‘hidden’ or overlooked reasons that affect our ability to lose weight or contribute to unwanted weight gain:
🥗 Gut health — underlying nutrient deficiencies, unknown food sensitivities (not necessarily allergies), malabsorption due to gut bugs (infections, bacterial overgrowth, etc), or not eating enough (of the right foods)
😴 Circadian rhythm — poor sleep patterns, inconsistent wake up and bedtime routines, lack of sun exposure, eating too close to bedtime, etc.
😫 Stress — poor stress management strategies, shallow or mouth breathing, too high intensity during workouts, not nourishing your body enough with working out, too much time indoors, lack of community and social gatherings, etc.

🧪 Toxic Load — environmental toxins, poor air quality, cleaning and beauty products with fragrances and seasonal scents, poor liver detoxification and support, etc.
🍩 Insulin and Blood sugar regulation — overindulgence of sugar, alcohol and caffeine, lack of movement, not enough protein and fiber intake, high carb breakfasts or naked carbs, etc.
