The BSJ Dining Department is always exploring creative ways to bring new inspiration to our menu items and treats. Recently, Regional Director of Dining & Nutrition, Chelsea Seymour, attended the Cultural Celebration of the Rotary Youth Exchange, an event hosted by the Rotary Club After Hours of La Crosse and neighboring communities.

This vibrant celebration offered a unique opportunity to connect with exchange students from Italy and Argentina, along with exchange friends from Colombia and New Zealand. Together with local chefs, these students prepared authentic dishes from their home regions, sharing flavors, stories, and traditions with guests. The experience not only highlighted the power of food to bring people together but also sparked new culinary ideas and inspirations for future dining creations.
