May: Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

I recently experienced a Reiki session by the ocean and mountains. It was magical!

I’ve been reflecting on how often we carry so much for everyone else while quietly running low. We deserve the same care we freely give.

Even in motherhood, I’ve been having these small moments with my oldest. Reminding him to not feel so anxious about school work. The homework will always be there, but these seasons of life won’t.

Take the PTO. Take the trip. Watch the sunset. Eat good food. Rest without guilt. Protect your peace. Have the hard conversations. Pour back into yourself in healthy ways.

Whatever caring for your mental health looks like for you, it deserves space in your life.

It matters. You matter. 🫶🏽

Happy May 1st! 🌺

May this month bring you calm, clarity, and space to simply be.

There will be no public sound bath sessions this May, as my schedule is currently dedicated to private sessions.

Mobile Reiki bookings are open with limited availability. If a private space is not available to you, send me a private msg and I can host. 💛

An outdoor sound bath is being planned for June, more details coming soon.

Grateful for each of you who showed up today and met yourself where you are.

Each of you walked in carrying your own work. Whether it was forgiveness, finding stillness, allowing quiet, or creating space to simply be. That takes strength. More than most people realize.

There is power in pausing, in softening and allowing yourself to exhale.

Thank you for trusting the space and doing the work.

In the quiet, we find our strength. 🤍

Playing the crystal bowl helps me notice my body in a way I don’t always take time for. The vibrations traveling and settling into my body. Reminding me that I’m here, I’m present, and it’s okay to just be.
