👥 Meet the team behind Pathways Home — La Crosse's community-driven response to homelessness, coordinated by the City and County.

Every week, staff from local organizations, the City, and the County come together for a Pathways Conferencing meeting. They collaborate, share resources, and take real action to connect people experiencing homelessness with housing.

Since launching last year, this coordinated approach has transformed how we work together—and it’s making a difference.

💪 We are now consistently housing more people every month than become homeless, leading to a steady decline in the homeless population in La Crosse — from 268 in January to 224 last month.
