Happy Monday Community 💛

This week, we are reminding ourselves to notice the small things.

So often we look back and realize it was the simple, quiet moments, presence, love, and gratitude, that mattered the most.

The everyday moments that filled our hearts without us even realizing it.

We know Monday mornings can be tough.

Maybe you’re entering a workweek full of tasks and long to-do lists.

Healing is not a race!
It’s not about bypassing pain or finding shortcuts.
If it took decades of trauma, conditioning, and emotional suppression to “walk into the woods,” it’s unrealistic (and harmful) to believe you can be guided out overnight.
The real work happens at the ROOT:
-Deep nervous system regulation: retraining your body to feel safe again.
-Releasing repressed emotion: what the body has carried for years.
-Shadow work: integrating the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to exile.

This is slow, but sacred work.
It doesn’t promise instant results.
But it does promise true freedom.
Don’t chase the quick fix. Chase the work that lasts.

GreenHouse Co-op wasn’t just built overnight, it was answering a calling and a promised prayer🌀

It was born from years of listening, really listening.. to hundreds of women in my chair, in every season and transitions of life.

Over time, my chair became more than a place to get your hair done.
It became a safe space, where women could let go, speak truth, and feel seen.

And the biggest transformation I noticed?
It wasn’t just the hair.
It was what happened on the inside.

When someone feels safe and loved, even for just 45 minutes..
the outer transformation becomes a bonus!

The real shift starts within.

That’s when I realized:
Beauty is an inside job.

Somehow, beauty got left out of the wellness wheel.
But to me, beauty = love.
Love = self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance = confidence and awareness.
And that, to me, is BeautiFEEL.

That’s why we’re different.
That’s why GreenHouse stands apart.

This is a place where beauty and healing walk hand in hand
not just how you look, but how you feel.

And the truth is, what works for me might not work for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all in this journey.
Because God made us each unique.

When women come together, bringing their strengths and showing up where they need support, something powerful happens.
We rise. We awaken. We heal.

GreenHouse was built to be that kind of space.

I’ve walked through hormone swings, postpartum, fatigue, burnout, and I know how overwhelming it can feel too. I walk the journey with you!!

🤸‍♀️Full Cartwheel Moment 🤸🏼

It’s a gift not to fit in ✨
To think differently.
To feel deeply.
To see beyond the surface.

Blessing? I see the light in everyone.
Curse? I see the pain, too.

Where are my fellow feelers at?!?

But mostly… not fitting in gave me the patience, compassion, and reverence to treat all people with kindness and gratitude. 🙌

I’ll never forget how I was always given the “quirky” or “difficult” clients at the salon front desk… because I genuinely love people.

I find beauty in the unusual, magic in the misfits, and grace in the gap.

Pro? I’m fiercely loyal.
Con? I’ve had to learn the hard way that second (and third) chances must come with healthy boundaries.

Because I felt life deeply, I built my businesses from what was missing from the gaps, from the broken systems, from what wasn’t working.

And now, I’m here to share the beauty of:
