Feel free to keep the other number if you’d like. My suggestion is to label the 317 number as “Beth cell” and the 423 as “Beth work” or ABWPT (A Better Way Physical Therapy)

The office will be closed from December 22, 25 Reopening January 4, 2026. Please consider this when making your Therapy choices. No post-surgical patients will be accepted during this time. Always take care of yourself!

A friend who teaches Tai Chi is having a class starting this Wednesday at 430 in Middlesboro. It is at First Baptist Church in Middlesboro, KY on Cumberland Ave and the cost is 5 to 10 dollars (whatever you can)

She is starting with chair stretching but you can bring a mat if you want to get onto the floor and then after 20 minutes of this moving to 40 minutes of Qigong and Tai Chi. To Quote Barbara the instructor, "Breathing in peace breathing out smile!"
