Massage can offer this time for you to be still, and quiet🤫 the noise in your head. Then you might hear that voice that is talking louder than the rest.
It’s ok to be quiet and be mindful.
It is also ok to unload to your massage therapist. But let us know so we can make that happen for you. ❤️
