Until the start of the school year, every child who receives a school-required immunization at CHD will get a FREE day pass to the Veterans Memorial Pool in La Grande.

Here’s how it works:
✔️ Come to CHD for any school-required immunization
✔️ Receive a one day pass per person (while supplies last!)
✔️ No forms or raffle entries, just an easy way to check vaccines off your list
