Meet the newest member of our training staff, Brock White! 🤩

Brock is a Certified Personal Trainer pursuing a degree in Health and Human Performance at Eastern Oregon University. He plans to attend medical school after completing his bachelor's and is passionate about helping others through fitness and health. Brock specializes in athletic performance training with a focus on injury prevention, but he enjoys working with individuals of all fitness levels to help them reach their goals.

Outside of Mountain Valley, Brock volunteers as a youth sports coach and interns in the biomechanics lab at EOU. In his free time, you’ll find him on the golf course or exploring the outdoors with his dog.
