Our Story

Since April 2002, Hot Spot Yoga in Crestwood, KY has focused on technique and therapeutic effect; offering the only authentic Beginning Bikram and Inferno Hot Pilates classes in the city and surrounding suburbs. All ages and backgrounds are welcome, as our classes are designed for beginners. With a variety of one hour, 75 and 90 minute classes, you're sure to leave refreshed, renewed and empowered.
