I first stepped onto my Bikram mat in 2000 and I knew I wanted to share the practice.

It quickly became a lifelong lifestyle — a quiet gift I give myself. From 2001 onward, teaching or practicing daily and opening my studio only deepened that gratitude.

There’s something profoundly grounding about consistent practice. It builds a strong foundation for lifelong vitality, mobility, and natural stamina.

For me, it remains one of the best-kept secrets for maintaining your body and feeling good for the long haul.

If you’ve ever felt curious, I gently encourage you to try it. You might be surprised at how much it can offer.
