Therefore, this is when we reserve our energy and "fill up our fuel tank". This gears us up for the next phase...moving from New Moon to Full Moon, a time when we are using up our fuel to get the most done!

Tuning in to the cycles of nature is a holistic way of taking care of one's self. It prevents BURNOUT!

We are natural beings, and it's important to find a sustainable pace in life that can be maintained for the long haul.
