Sometimes growth means flipping your perspective 🙃literally. 💫 Tried aerial for the first time and wow…pulling myself up was no joke 😅 but it felt like being a kid again, upside down in pure joy. Reminded me that strength + play belong together. I’ll definitely be back 🪂💜 And yes…I treated myself to a deep purple protein smoothie after class because fueling your body is part of the fun too. ✨
