The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing front desk operations primarily consisting of (but not limited to):

✔️Answering phone calls
✔️Scheduling appointments
✔️Greeting patients
✔️Checking patients in and out
✔️Coordinating referrals
✔️Managing emails and faxes
✔️Confirming appointments
✔️ Collecting copays
✔️Managing daily close out
✔️Ordering contacts

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as compassion. Being detailed-oriented and being able to multitask is a must. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Hi friends, family and patients. Apparently there is incorrect info runnning around out there about my whereabouts. I sold my Bastrop office and am working exclusively out of my La Grange practice now. I have not retired nor have I died! Haha. Rumors. All rumors. I have an amazing team in La Grange and we would love to see you there. I think you’ll enjoy the longer appointment times and more of the one on one personal care we are well known for.
