I started a yoga club with an after-school program, and our first class went really well! We began with some breathing exercises, learned the sun salutations ☀️, and decorated the journals we'll be using for the next 6 weeks.

Join me for a 4 part series of going over how to deal with those back to school butterflies. We will go over breathing techniques, positive affirmations and other methods to calm the butterflies. We use story telling, movement and crafts to help along the way. Join in one or all 4 classes (each class different)!
