Dear Friend and Valued Patient:
December of 2018 marked my 30th year of serving your chiropractic needs in La Grange and at Hillgrove Family Chiropractic in particular. The challenges and blessings during this time have been abundant. My goal has always been to give to my community and to provide you with the best health care possible. Your friendship and trust has given me the privilege to be part of your most valuable asset, your health.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I am leaving practice and going on to new challenges. For the past year I've been searching to find a personable, understanding, compassionate and experienced doctor who wants to give the quality of care I have strived to maintain.
I am happy and excited to introduce to you Dr. Edwin Bush. Dr Bush comes to us as a highly qualified chiropractor. He graduated from National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and has been practicing in Sycamore IL. His philosophy and approach to health is very similar to mine in that he believes that maintaining good long-term health includes regular chiropractic care in addition to healthy nutrition and exercise.
Dr. Bush is making plans to reside in the La Grange area and becoming involved in our community. I am very confident in Dr. Bush’s abilities and about placing your care in his hands. He and I will be working together over the next month to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible and that your specific needs are met. Dr. Bush’s technique and general approach are similar to mine.
Please make it a point over the next month to come into the office and allow me the opportunity to introduce you to Dr. Bush.
I will truly miss you and the warm, personal relationship we have shared. I am confident that you will find the same caring and compassion with Dr. Bush. I encourage you to continue your chiropractic care with him and I certainly recommend his work.
Thank you for your trust and confidence. We hope that the best of health will always be yours. You have been a very important part of our lives, and we will always treasure our memories.
Warmest Regards,
Dr. Richard Kupcho
