Did you miss our Annual Free Flu Shot event last Saturday? Not to worry! With Covered California you're entitled to an annual free flu shot anytime during Fall or Winter. Sign up for Covered California with free assistance from a member of our Enrollment Team. Already covered? Schedule your appointment with your Friends of Family Health Center care team and we will take care of you. Call for application assistance at (562) 501 - 1661.

Our Annual Flu Shot & Trunk or Treat Health Fair Event was a great success this past weekend! We want to thank all of our vendors and community members for coming by, as well as our incredible staff and volunteers for participating. These photos showcase one of the many adorable children enjoying the event, our Trunk Competition Winners, and an expansive view of all of our resources and vendors. We will see you again soon!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us at our community events!

Duties may include:
• Helping with event set-up & take-down
• Supporting our raffle prize table
• Assisting at informational booths
• Other fun event activities

Qualifications:
• Must be 16+ (minors require parent/guardian signature)
• Bring your energy, willingness, & enthusiasm!

Benefits of volunteering:
• Community service hours for high school students
• Confirmation letter for your records
• Build skills, purpose & connections

*Our Volunteers will assist at events only (not in clinic)*

Our Annual Free Flu Clinic and Health Fair is just around the corner! On Saturday, October 4th starting at 8:30am we will be giving out free flu shots to ALL community members! Just show up! Starting at 9am will be our Trunk or Treat Competition! Bring your most creative and spooky vehicle decor to the designated parking spots to participate! DJ, free giveaways, lots of resources and vendors, free eye exams and glasses, and more all running until 1pm! See you there!
