La Habra CrossFit offers the following services:

Health and Fitness Assessments – To obtain general and medical health history (ex. occupation, lifestyle, medical, and personal information) and obtain physiologic assessments (ex. body composition testing, cardiorespiratory assessments, static and dynamic postural assessments, functional strength assessments). Goal setting and attainment coaching – Acting as a coach for our clients helping them set specific, challenging, approachable, measurable, and time bound health related goals. Nutrition Plans – We will provide clients with customized menu plans that fit within general healthy guidelines and have been created by a Registered Dietician. Exercise Programs- Individualized, systematic and progressive exercise interventions to help improve client’s overall health, provide post rehabilitation services, flexibility, mobility, and pain management for the overweight, obese, elderly, and disabled. Educational seminars/classes- We will have guest speakers including: doctors, educators, health care professionals, insurance providers, and therapists give educational lectures, seminars, and classes out of our facility.
