Last week, we embarked on an inspiring journey at the beautiful Sharp Prebys Innovation and Education Center. Balboa Nephrology, Balboa United and Balboa Research came together for a day of learning, motivation, and connection at A Hero's Journey. We were deeply moved by the powerful kidney journey stories of ReMend Mentors Dawn, her mother Pam, and Emmitt Henderson III, whose experiences have profoundly shaped our approach to patient care.

Our team was thrilled to gain valuable insights into the latest kidney care advancements from our esteemed partners: the National Kidney Foundation, NxStage Home Dialysis ,Fresenius Kidney Care, IKONA Health, Lifesharing, and the Sharp HealthCare Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program.
