Dear Cleo Community,
As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with so much gratitude on how Cleo has continued to evolve - not just as a space for skin health, but as a place of connection, intention, and care for the whole person.
This year brought meaningful changes. One of the most important was our conscious decision to remove Eminence from our product line. While it served us for many years, it no longer aligned with our values or our commitment to uphold the skin and body in their highest, most supported form. Letting it go created space for deeper integrity in how we care for your skin.
We also celebrated a truly special milestone, 10 years of Cleo. Marking that moment with you by creating a community hydrosol from our garden and gathering for a candlelit dinner was nothing short of magical. It felt like a full-circle moment rooted in ritual, nature, and shared presence.
This year we expanded how we gather and connect beyond the treatment room by launching quarterly community events. From our clothing swap to our vision board gathering, these moments have become a beautiful extension of Cleo. A place to slow down, share, and come together in ways that nourish beyond the skin.
We also welcomed a new esthetician to the Cleo family. Aubrey joins us as a leading esthetics educator at Bellus Academy, with a background in nutrition, herbalism, energy healing and holistic massage. Her thoughtful, whole-body approach to skin health feels deeply aligned with the heart of Cleo, and we’re so grateful to have her supporting our community.
We also introduced new offerings designed to support both skin and nervous system health. The Slowdown facial was created with intention to calm inflammation, restore circulation, and gently guide the body back into balance. We added reiki energy healing and introduced our new pigmentation series as a thoughtful alternative for those considering laser for pigmentation concerns.
On a more personal note, this year I stepped out of the treatment room for the first time in 14 years. After years of hands-on practice I took a much needed pause, one that allowed me to focus on the management and vision of Cleo, while also sourcing inspiration and reconnecting with family and nature. This was only possible because of the most incredible team, a group of women who made me feel deeply safe, supported, and proud of what we are building together.
As always, my intention remains the same: to provide a supportive, safe, and healing space for your skin, your body, and your spirit. I’m deeply excited to see how Cleo continues to grow, expand, and evolve alongside this community.
Thank you for being here, for trusting us, and for walking this path with us. As we step into the new year, may it bring steadiness, inspiration and space to slow down and listen.
With so much gratitude,
Leslie
