When we develop as children we first learn to roll over, sit up, to crawl, to squat and then to walk. Have you ever seen a toddler squat? They have near perfect form 🤯but as we age we pick up bad habits (like sitting at a desk 8 hours a day) and our form suffers.

Squats are an incredible whole body movement, but having proper form is 🔑 for maximizing the benefits and keeping injuries at bay.

4)    Spend 20 seconds appreciating all that you have.

THAT’S IT! Sometimes, it’s okay to put aside the need to feel like you have got to get all the things done, and just be present where you are. ✨
