Lauren has been devoted to yoga for over 8 years and completed her 200hr YTT right here at Prana with Gerhard Gessner. Since 2022, she has been guiding classes rooted in tradition, weaving together intentional movement, powerful breathwork, focused meditation, and meaningful mantra.

After deepening her studies in India in 2023—immersing herself in mantra, philosophy, meditation, and Bhakti—Lauren brings a heartfelt, soulful energy to every class.

Deep rest, steady breath, and the gift of letting go.

Today’s sold-out Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Pamela Godde, assisted by was a beautiful way to pause, release the year behind us, and soften into what’s ahead.

Thank you to our incredible teachers for their guidance and everyone who joined us, showed up for themselves, and shared in this nourishing moment of letting go, rest and renewal.
