I struggle with rejection sensitive dysphoria more than I like to admit.
Small things can feel huge. Neutral feedback can feel like failure. Silence can feel like rejection.
It’s exhausting and it’s real.
If you experience this too, you’re not alone and you’re not broken. Your nervous system is just trying to protect you.
A few things that help:
Pause before reacting
Reality-check the story your brain is telling
Name it when it shows up
Practice self-compassion
Remember: feelings aren’t facts
