The Baby Stewart Foundation

The Baby Stewart Foundation The Baby Stewart Foundation is a 501c3 founded by Ashley Stewart, in memory of her infant son, Carylton “CJ” Stewart, Jr.

On August 6, 2015, CJ Stewart died after being left alone in a hot vehicle. Although accidental, we found that we are not alone in this. Every year, 37 babies die as a result of being left alone in a hot vehicle for an extended time. We want to shed light on this epidemic and positively impact the community by reaching out to families who have lost a child, provide families with car seats and baby items, and support females during pregnancy.

March is Women’s History Month 👑🌹✨

As a woman, leader, founder, and servant to my community, I don’t take this season lightly. Women’s History Month is a reminder that we are walking in the footsteps of trailblazers who dared to lead, nurture, build, break barriers, and create change — even when doors were closed.

I am grateful to stand among powerful, resilient, brilliant women who continue to shape history every single day. We are not just part of history — we are actively making it.

Here’s to the dreamers, the doers, the mothers, the mentors, the visionaries, and the women who refuse to give up.
We are seen. We are valued. We are history in the making. ✨

I’m incredibly grateful to Sue Johnson at Nia Cultural Center, Inc for inviting me to do a read-in for my book, Growing Through Grief.

It was truly an amazing experience to share my heart, read excerpts, and have meaningful conversations about grief and loss in such a warm and welcoming space. 🩵

Thank you to everyone who attended today and continues to support me and this journey. Your presence, encouragement, and love mean more than you know.

So grateful for the opportunity to serve at The Master’s Table at God’s Kingdom & Restoration Ministries! 💙

Today, The Baby Stewart Foundation was honored to distribute feminine hygiene toiletries, full hygiene kits, Bombas socks, maxi pads, shampoo, clothing, and shoes to those in need. Every item given was a reminder that dignity matters and love shows up in action.

We are incredibly thankful for our local donors, corporate partners, and dedicated volunteers who made today a success. Because of you, we are able to serve with compassion and excellence.

Together, we restore hope. Together, we build community. 💫
