If you have booked an appointment in the last month you might have noticed the client announcement that starting February 1,2025 there will be a 10% increase in session pricing.
Like many small businesses I am adjusting to increased expenses and this change will allow me to continue offering the services and sacred space that you have come to love.

WELCOME HOME !!!
Absolutely THRILLED to have been able to stop in today and see how amazing everything looks! This old house still feels as welcoming as it always has and I am very excited to witness its next incarnation.
I had to get a "Bougie" tee,some jerky, and of course some 🧀.
I chose the Greek Gouda..😍it's absolute melt in your mouth goodness and I can't wait to eat it all myself!
Next time I may be brave and try the duck prosciutto..😉

Client vibe today:
Grief-
deep sorrow, especially caused by the death of a beloved.

Grief is one of the most difficult emotions to process.
It isn't linear, it has no schedule, it shows up out of nowhere and can be debilitating to move through.

Whether it's a person or a pet, death and loss can be felt so deeply in our heart and soul we feel that nothing will ever be the same again.
And that is valid.

Lean into the love that surrounds you. Take deep breaths to bring yourself back into your body. Drink water. Accept food from friends.
Do your best to take care of yourself and know you are not alone in feeling the way you do.

Remember...
Grief is Love with no place to go.
