🔥 The Hit and Hold: pick a pace and stick with it for the entire block!

🔥The Alternator: alternate between your base and push throughout the 23 minutes

✨Join us tomorrow for a special 80’s themed 90 minute workout with Coach Lea at 6:40am benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis foundation ✨

This is the 3rd year that we have partnered with the CF Foundation to help raise funds for our member Morgan and the X-treme Hike campaign 🥾
.
There are multiple OTF members in San Diego who are living with Cystic fibrosis and credit their sustained lung health to the benefits that the OTF workouts bring to their lives and bodies! 🫁💪We also have members who are respiratory nurses who dedicate their professional lives to helping CF patients.

🎟️Donations are not required, but anything helps!! We will also be raffling off a pair of tickets to the Lost 80’s Live Concert🎶 1 ticket if you dress 80s and an additional ticket for every $10 that you donate to the CF Foundation!
