As therapists, mental health is front and center for us 12 months a year.
But May is an important time to spread awareness about how mental health affects us all, and to help shatter stigma and shame.
It’s highly likely that you or someone you love will struggle with mental health at some point in life. Now is a great time to show that person a little extra care - especially if it’s yourself. 💚
