The donor gamete gap for Black intended parents is very real. Research consistently shows that Black donors are underrepresented in US s***m and egg banks compared to national demographics. The reasons are complex and systemic, and it can be a deep source of frustration for Black IPs.

The 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics has a record-breaking number of out LGBTQ+ athletes competing— and that’s thanks in part to trailblazing athletes like who showed the world that you can go for the gold and stay true to yourself. Nearly 50 athletes at this year’s game are openly LGBTQ+, and 5 have won medals so far.

With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, romantic relationships are at the front of everyone’s mind. One of the most common questions I get from fertility patients is whether it’s normal to struggle with your partner during fertility care.

When life begins to feel overwhelming, or it just seems like something isn’t working, it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. Sometimes the best way forward is to find a safe place free of judgement, where empathy and unconditional regard await. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I will meet you where you are on your journey, to listen and connect, and to support you on your pathway to positive change.

In my practice, I help individuals, couples, families from all backgrounds heal and grow by building trust rooted in the power of human connection. I have worked with a diverse range of ages, sexual orientations, and ethnicities and also offer third party reproduction evaluations for surrogates, donors, and intended parents considering surrogacy.
