It's okay if you're going into Father's Day weekend with mixed emotions.

Father's Day can be loaded for dads who are struggling or grieving, people who have difficult relationships with their own fathers, or those who don't fit society's ideas of what a father should be or look like. It's okay to sit with all your conflicting emotions about your own relationship to fatherhood.

There isn't a "right" way to experience Father's Day, as long as you're taking care of yourself. 🩵
