✨ Comment “YES” if you believe in giving postpartum moms the time and compassion they deserve! ✨

It takes:
💔 1 year for a mother’s body to physically heal.
💔 2 years for her hormones and brain chemistry to stabilize.
💔 Up to 5 years for her to fully reconnect with her identity and sense of purpose.

Postpartum is a season of immense change, much of it unseen. During this time, many relationships face challenges—often due to a lack of understanding, communication, or patience.

Moms are navigating:
✨ Healing tissues and organs.
✨ Hormonal shifts that can impact mood, energy, and focus.
✨ Brain restructuring to meet their baby’s needs.
✨ Emotional waves from redefining who they are.

This isn’t just a physical journey—it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. Be gentle. Be kind. Offer her grace. Because what she’s going through is profound and life-changing.

🫣Sneak peak!✨ The wait is nearly over! ✨

I am beyond thrilled to announce the release of my ebook, Sacred Traditions: For Pregnancy & Birth Preparation, dropping on 11/11! This guide has been born from my own journey as both a mother and a birth worker, shaped by the highs and lows, and the wisdom that comes from navigating each season of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with an open heart.

As a mother who has walked this path, I’ve learned in my own healing journey just how powerful it is to create sacred, intentional practices. These rituals not only nurture the mother but strengthen the bond between mother and baby, nourishing the family as a whole. When we honor the sacred within motherhood, we create a foundation for connection, resilience, and love that reverberates through generations.

This checklist is not just another resource; it’s a loving companion designed to deepen your connection with your body, your baby, and your lineage. From womb blessings to mindful daily practices, it’s all here, guiding you toward a more profound, sacred experience in your journey. I can’t wait for you to experience these traditions and feel how they transform your heart and home.

Mark your calendars for 11/11! Let’s celebrate this journey together and honor the sacred traditions that connect us all. 🌿💫
