I work with you to overcome chronic injuries, have less pain, move better, enjoy life more, discover and actualize your potential. I came to this work due to an injury I suffered after falling off a roof about twenty years ago. I broke my ankle and my insurance situation would not allow me to have it surgically repaired until a year later. In the mean time I developed problems with my knee on the injured side and no one could help me overcome that problem. It was not a strength issue since I was very strong due to weight training and physical work outside. What I eventually discovered was that I had developed faulty movement patterns and poor usage of my knee due to the ongoing ankle injury. It revolutionized my life to discover that I could actually recognize, be aware of and change these patterns so that my knee was no longer a problem and I could continue with the activities that I love including running and long distance hiking. Now I use what I learned to help others restore their movement and freedom to do what they like.
