🌟 Happy New Year & Welcome to the World, Weston Marshall! 🌟

The very first baby of 2025 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center arrived bright and early at 5:59 a.m. on January 1!

Meet handsome little Weston Marshall, a healthy 9 lb 2 oz bundle of joy — the first child for proud parents Khrystal Wade and Travis Marshall from Indian Head. 💙

The family was gifted a special basket filled with must-have items for their new adventure as parents. Two other precious babies also joined the world that day at UM Charles Regional — what a beautiful way to kick off the new year!

Wishing Weston, Khrystal, Travis, and all the new families endless love, health, and happiness in 2025 and beyond! 🍼✨

Congratulations to all the new parents! 🎉

At just 5 years old, Adam Russell Wilmot is already making a difference.

Adam, a kindergartener at Archbishop Neale School in La Plata, collected 18 new children’s books from his classmates to donate to our pediatric patients. The students also created handmade bookmarks for each book as part of a community service Christmas project.

Thank you, Adam and Archbishop Neale School, for spreading kindness, creativity and joy to children who need it most. Your generosity means more than you know. 📚
