I’m going to share Chuck’s dialysis list off of Amazon. We could also use gift cards for gas, groceries or inexpensive restaurant gift cards. After Chuck has dialysis he definitely doesn’t want to prepare lunch but needs to eat. We are blessed that Jonah usually takes him to dialysis.

My son was thoughtful enough to set up a GoFundMe for his dad. Any money donated will be used to cover gas expenses, groceries or to help cover bills. We are also trying to save for our high yearly deductible. Once our deductible is met medical expenses are paid.

As many of you know Chuck has battled kidney disease for about 30 years, including losing one kidney. His other kidney has decided to call it quits and he has started dialysis and is waiting for a transplant. We know the Lord will provide.

There has been many changes including chest catheter placement 3 different times (darn things would stop working!) and a port put in his abdomen for Peritoneal Dialysis. There is also numerous labs taken. Chuck has also been also dealing with nausea, dizziness and exhaustion due to his kidney failing and doing dialysis, we’re hoping that will improve. He’s had cut down on things he loves, such as puttin’ around outside, taking care of the yard and gardening.

We know that God is good and we will get through this.
