Did you know that Medical Qigong works on animals too and they love it. The surprising thing is that often conditions experienced by pets are transferred from their owners and present as symptoms in the animal. Sometimes as a pet parent you find yourself in a situation where no logical answer is apparent for a problem in your pet. It may be your ailments that your pet is taking on. That unselfish love they have for us, is what draws me to animals.
You need to keep yourself in a healthy state, physically and emotionally and your furry children will benefit.

You can't force a square peg into a round hole. You'll either break the peg or the container with the hole. In the same way instead of forcing people to be what you think they should, see the light that is within them and help them nurture and kindle that light so they can become the being they were brought into this world to be.
The universe will keep on giving you signs and somehow we tend to keep ignoring them until they either stop us in our tracks or someone who cares points it out to us.

A Medical Qigong Therapy
To the guest speaker who publically proclaimed that “all Medical Qigong Therapists do is JUST emit Qi” – I thank you for your naivety. For it inspired this video. Reducing this modality to mere Qi emission, nullifies the continuous cultivation we do on a daily basis; the years of dedication it takes to learn the talismans, the hand mudras and the hand seals; to develop our muscle memory so that when we use colour therapy, every cell in our body emanates the Five Element colours; then there are the numerous Therapy Protocols to learn, the five day exams which demonstrate that we do actually know what we’re doing…. and the many case studies where we scan to read a patient’s energy for diagnostic purposes. Not to mention the skills we need to perfect to use all the tools to warm, cool, purge, tonify and regulate. Oh, it would have been so much easier if it was JUST about QI EMISSION! So on behalf of ALL the Medical Qigong family, I’m proud to be part of a tribe who DEDICATE their lives to this work. We know we will never stop advancing our skills. And why do we ask so much of ourselves? So we can best serve our patients in a focused, clean and compassionate way.
