My Yoga Life

I am a mother to three incredible humans (one not shown) and have traveled the world with my husbands job as a professional polo player. Yoga has been a constant in my life. Here, I combine my loves--yoga, health, travel (classes via Zoom), horses, motherhood, self care and well being. Most importantly how to maintain my life, through lots of breathing, and lots of laughter. I love sharing tools from the great tradition of Yoga, the magnificence of participating in your own life... as you. My intention is to build community, and support as we practice and experience of intimacy with life. That we feel life as nourishing, regenerative, and full of abundance, to feel our own strength and that we are sustained by something greater. Life presents us with many intense obstacles, we will fall down, but sooner or later we get back in the saddle. This is the receptivity of the opposites, the polarities of life, the inhale and the exhale, male and female, the duality of the human existence. This is what inspires me, and I want to share with you a path with heart to stay open to possibility, to hope, and the mysteries of this wild and beautiful life.
