A Block party- Yoga Style!
From cleaning, to balancing on the blocks and having blocks balance on them- to a silly dance party with yoga freeze….we had a great third class in November.

Beautiful experience guiding gentle stretching and mindfulness at the Ritz the other morning.
Several people came up to me after class sharing that they haven’t done yoga since Covid, or are new to the practice, but want to start up again, or continue with it.
That’s all I could ever hope for!
Peace begins with me…
With each of us.
We change the world one mindful act at a time.

Super old pic of two of my favorite students who have grown up with me and Sundance Yoga Academy!
This is many, many years ago,
when Paul and I co-taught all kids classes. This is at the OG Gather Studio.
Pictured are Ava and Samadhi,
probably around 3 and 6.
So, so precious.
They are now 10 and 13,
and having their beautiful dedication to the practice that I am so honored to foster is one of my greatest gifts!
