Best foods for fatty liver :
•Vegetables: leafy greens, broccoli, cauliflower
•Fruits (low sugar): berries, apples, citrus
•Proteins: salmon & fatty fish, chicken, eggs, beans
•Healthy fats: olive oil, avocado, nuts
