Wanted: Office assistant

We are looking to add a member to our team! We are looking for an individual to fill the role of office assistant. Ideally, this individual will be someone with a positive attitude and a customer service background, while also having some experience in an office setting. This role will consist of data entry, scheduling, calling patients on a regular basis, assistance in insurance billing and willingness to learn about hearing aids and the hearing aid industry. This role will require someone to be flexible in day-to-day tasks and work well as part of a team. Having great organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task is a plus! The hours for this position will be 9AM-3PM, with some room for flexibility based on the individual.
