Diaper changes used to be simple.
Lay the baby down. Wipe. Diaper. Done.

Now?
It’s a full-on wrestling match.
I’m talking WWE. Smackdown. No rules.

I’m dodging flying feet, blocking surprise rolls, and holding one leg with my chin

The moment I lay them down:
They twist like an Olympic gymnast.
They roll like they’re on fire.
They crawl away mid-wipe.
They laugh in the face of “stay still.”

I’m sweating.
The wipes are everywhere.
The diaper is backwards.
I’ve used my foot, knee, and elbow to pin them down like a desperate referee.

At this point I deserve a belt…
Not the diaper kind.
The championship kind. 🏆💪🍼

Parents of squirmy babies: we’re in this chaotic ring together.
