Hello, so sorry you had a negative experience. The pandemic was extremely challenging to navigate for healthcare workers. We were truly doing our VERY best to keep up with the demand, safety of patients and staff and lack of direction on protocols from the regulators. There may have been an instance where staff was short and we apologize for that.

In order to prevent crowding in our waiting room we will have all patients sign in, wait in their cars and text you when it’s your turn to be called back.

The waiting room remains available for those who are elderly or have orthopedic concerns.
