“The experiences that had the greatest impact on me during the program included being paired with a mentor who truly empowered me to overcome challenges at my site and offered invaluable guidance on job applications and interviews. I also cherished the opportunity to present for the first time at the CASC Conference with the Social Justice, Equity, & Anti-Racism Committee, which was both exciting and rewarding. Additionally, volunteering for the CASC Mental Health Summit was a fulfilling experience that deepened my commitment to our field.”
