GFWC La Verne-San Dimas Woman's Club

GFWC La Verne-San Dimas Woman's Club Club members range from young parents to retirees who make a difference through volunteerism and social activities. Meeting location to be announced.

Our Women's Club belongs to the San Gabriel Valley District of Women's Clubs, California Federation and General Federation of Women's Clubs, the world's largest and oldest nonpartisan, nondenominational volunteer service organization of women. We encourage anyone interested in doing philanthropic work and, at the same time, making new friends to come to one of our meetings. We meet at 6:30 pm the third Thursday of every month.

Members delivered a $1,060 donation to Purpose Church's Freedom Bags Project today. Freedom Bags are kits assembled to hand out to victims of s*x trafficking which include essential hygiene items. Club members also support the project by volunteering their time assembling the kits several times per year.
