Please Welcome, John Henderson “J” to the Wagon Wheel Team! He is an Assisted Stretch Therapist.

A little intro from J himself “I am a stretch and flexibility coach, I use techniques to assist stretching to improve flexibility, mobility and range of motion in areas that are difficult to reach on your own. I am trained in various stretching techniques such as static, dynamic, active and PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). I am trained to coach you in self myofascial rolling and release techniques. We will also work together on home stretching techniques to help reach your goals. I have my certification as a Certified personal trainer (CPT) as well as a certificate of completion as a stretching and flexibility coach through the National Academy of sports Medicine (NASM) and I am CPR certified. I come from a healthcare background, 22 years as a medical assistant with experience in emergency and intensive care.

15 minute stretch session: $40
30 minute stretch session: $60
