A lot of people ask for some advice and help on how they can feel better and relieve the pain in their feet and legs.
 Please hear me when I say SOAK your feet. If the world would soak their feet, we would all feel better and it would be a better place. 
20 minutes in warm water with Epsom salt will change your life if you do it consistently, especially before bed !!
