Most coaches wait for the warm-up to start coaching.

We start the second they walk through the door.

Posture. Eye contact. Hesitation. Those 3 things tell us more than any test ever will — because the athlete who believes they're slow trains like they're slow.

Real coaching starts with making them feel seen. Not just evaluated.

Rehab and training aren't two separate things.

They are one and the same. Good rehab should look like training — same intent, same purpose, same results.

Stop treating them differently. 💯

Testing is the cornerstone for understanding how to build something that will help you.

The problem isn't getting more data, its figuring out what data you need that will move the needle.

This is the difficulty with great coaching, it requires a unique approach to problem solving, a deep understanding of what metrics are valuable, and an intelligent approach to improve them.

You don't need more numbers. You need someone that knows which ones count the most.

RHP Brett Sears transferred from Columbus to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Stop confusing effort with results.

Getting tired doesn't mean you're getting better. You can grind yourself into the ground doing nonsense in the gym — that won't move the needle.

Smart training has layers:
🔹 Robustness work (rehab-style, building durability)
🔹 Performance work (raising the ceiling)

Athletes who railroad themselves with fatigue get injured. Then they're six steps behind.

The car ride home is a training tool.

Most parents don't realize they're using it, whether they mean to or not.

What gets said in that 10 minutes after a session shapes how your athlete stores the whole experience. Whether they come back next week feeling capable or already defeated.

Lead with curiosity. Not evaluation.

Ask what felt good. Ask what was hard. Then listen.

The confidence we build in the facility can be reinforced or quietly undone in those few minutes. That's not pressure on you — it's just the truth about how much your presence matters in this process.

At TTS, we coach the athlete in the building. Your job is to make sure they feel safe enough to keep showing up.

That's the whole partnership.

Everything works for a little bit. Nothing works forever.

That's why consistency is the cheat code. 🔁

What is it like inside a TTS training session?

Coaching is way more than size shmedium shirts, caffeine, deep voice yelling, and pre-diabetic breathing.

Watch and listen with our very own 💪

You weren't satisfying the status quo. You weren't content doing what everyone else was doing.

You chose a different path, one that trains smarter, not just harder.

Every rep has a reason. Every session is built around YOU, your sport, your position, your goals. No cookie-cutter programs. No guesswork.

This is what separates good from great. This is what it means to train at TTS.

Your game will never be the same.

Most programs are building the best 14-year-old in the room.

We're building the best 18–22-year-old.

Talent determines the ceiling. Patience determines how close to it they get.

13 years of doing this has taught the most difficult thing about training is...

Getting through the boring.

Not every session feels great and gets you a new PR.

Training is messy, its hard, it requires patience, but when done right will deliver better results than you can imagine.

You've been training to improve your vertical for months...

It hasn't moved.

Here's why and its probably not what you think.

You likely have a problem with one of these 3 things.

Comment "JUMP" and I'll help you figure out which one.
