Contact to Impact: 4 Weeks of Speed, Power & Strength

Every parent wants to see their athlete play with confidence moving faster, hitting harder, and believing in themselves on the field.

That’s exactly what this 4-week youth baseball clinic is built for.

We don’t just run drills. We teach movement, build strength, and grow confidence through a proven system trusted by state champions and Gatorade Players of the Year.

Here’s what your athlete will gain:
✅ Faster first steps and quicker reactions
✅ Explosive power that shows up in their swing and throws
✅ Strength and coordination that last beyond the season

Because when your athlete moves better, they play better — and they feel better doing it.

⚾ Ages 8–11 & 12–14 (9 sessions)

Jumping higher isn’t just about adding more weight to the bar, it’s about training smarter, not just harder.

Before you even touch a program, you need to know where you’re starting. Are your mechanics solid? Is your explosiveness balanced? Are there weak points holding you back? Without this foundation, even the heaviest lifts won’t give you the results you want.

That’s why we break it down step by step in our latest video: how to assess your current abilities, identify the gaps, and build a plan that actually works. If you’re serious about boosting your vertical, this is where it starts.

Watch the full breakdown on YouTube 🔗, and let’s get you jumping higher the smart way. ⬆️

⚾ Baseball & Softball Parents Good News! 🥎

We’ve opened up additional spots for our Fall Power Development Program!

If your athlete wants to stand out this season, this is their chance to build the tools every coach looks for but few athletes truly master:

➡️ Explosive speed around the bases
➡️ Power at the plate and on the mound
➡️ Strength and durability that lasts all year

For over a decade, we’ve seen the same gap hold athletes back, they work on mechanics, but without true speed, strength, and power, they can’t unlock their full potential.

That’s why we created the TTS 12-Week Fall Power Development Program, built for junior high through high school athletes who are serious about taking the next step.

Training hard is expected. Training with purpose is what sets you apart.

It all begins with clarity, knowing exactly where you are right now.

Building acceleration starts with good, not perfect, technique.

One of the biggest keys? Positive shin angles.

When your shin is set in the right position, you can push into the ground more effectively, delivering force at the best angle for acceleration.

That means every step gets you moving faster, more explosive, and with better control.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress, stacking small wins that maximize your potential now and set you up for the future.

⚾Parents of Baseball & Softball Athletes 🥎

This fall, give your athlete the edge they’ve been missing.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve seen one thing hold players back more than anything else: lack of raw explosive power. Mechanics matter; but without speed, strength, and power behind them, you’re just polishing the edges.

That’s why we built the TTS Fall Power Development Program, a proven 12-week system designed for 8 motivated athletes (junior high–high school) who want to:
⚡ Hit harder & throw faster
⚡ Sprint quicker on the bases
⚡ Stay strong and durable all season

📍 Spots are extremely limited and always fill fast.

Most athletes want to get faster, but skip the strength work that actually powers acceleration. 🏋️‍♂️💨

Without lower-body strength and explosive power, your positioning means nothing, you won’t have the force to drive forward.

This is the second key to acceleration… but there are 3 total.

👉 Watch the full video on YouTube (link) for all 3 keys to explosive acceleration!

Early specialization in youth sports gets a lot of attention, but does it actually help?

Specializing too soon robs athletes of the most crucial skill: creative problem solving.

When athletes grow up in over-controlled, repetitive environments, they lose the ability to adapt, learn, and apply new skills in chaotic game situations.

Without that, long-term success becomes limited.

So, ask yourself:
👉 Do you want your athlete to be the best now or the best later?

Let kids be kids. Let them experiment, fail, adapt, and create solutions under pressure, that’s how true athletes are built.

8–12 weeks before the season isn’t enough.

If you only start training in that window, you’re not giving yourself the time to raise your ceiling from last year.

The GPP (General Physical Preparation) phase is one of the most undervalued and misunderstood parts of athletic development.

If your goal is to run faster, jump higher, get stronger, and build real stamina, skipping or rushing GPP is the fastest way to guarantee you never reach your full potential.

A well-designed GPP phase should:
✅ Build a bigger work capacity
✅ Drive real strength and power gains
✅ Improve speed and movement efficiency
✅ Make you more resilient when sport demands increase

Skipping this foundation?
You’re not just leaving results on the table, you’re setting yourself up to plateau.

Start earlier. Build the base. Dominate when it matters.
