1. Doing acts of kindness
2. Savoring life’s experiences
3. Being physically active (regular exercise)
4. Increasing social connections, including conversations with people you don’t know
5. Deliberately focusing on the positive events and aspects of one’s day
6. Practicing mindfulness and other meditation techniques
7. Feeling grateful and trying to thank people one has not sufficiently thanked
