I just had to share!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a quick recovery update. Its been a month since surgery and I'm feeling great. My surgery went well, and my doctor feels everything went exactly as planned. I’ll be in a sling for at least two more weeks until my next follow-up appointment as the superior capsular reconstruction requires more healing time before movement and PT can start. I am looking forward to the day I get to be sling free!!

Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, and support—it truly means a lot. I’m looking forward to getting back to you all as soon as I'm all healed up!

Shoulder Surgery 2.0!!

Unfortunately I'm coming to you all with some bad news......

I reinjured my shoulder in January and have to have surgery February 27th to repair the rotator as 2 of the 4 muscles were completely torn. It will be another 3-4 month recovery. If you have appts scheduled after February 27th I will go in and cancel them for you. I will do monthly updates to let you all know how recovery is going and when I start to make plans on returning.
