We are a licensed health care agency who supplements Nurse Staffing for RNs, LPNs, Med Aides and Nurses Aides in ALL settings! (SNF, Acute Care, Psych, In-Home)

All Midlands Health Services, founded in 1979 by an Omaha Registered Nurse, provides locally owned nursing services based on a Midwestern work ethic. As we grew, we expanded to include home health care, specializing in extended care on a private pay basis. Our Registered Nurses provide personalized, individual care supervised by a plan developed by our staff and the client. We help you evaluate your nursing needs, determine the appropriate level of care, and suggest a plan tailored to your requirements. We respect your preferences and strive to make our services affordable. Licensed by the State of Nebraska, we provide home health care services to the Omaha-Metro and southeastern Nebraska areas, with services ranging from 4 hours to 24/7. We accept private pay and private insurance.

Medicare GUIDE program…

If you have a loved one with dementia and traditional Medicare (no advantage plans) they may qualify for 70 + hours of fully covered home care — through the GUIDE Program.

To qualify, they must:
• Have a dementia diagnosis
• Be enrolled in traditional Medicare (not Medicare Advantage)
• Live at home, in assisted living, or independent living (cannot be in a rehab or nursing home)
• Not be enrolled in hospice

This program could be great for someone looking for respite care; or just needing a little extra help after a sickness/hospitalization. This is a yearly $2500 benefit that is available for caregiver support at NO COST TO YOU!
