👏 Congratulations, Dr. Kurane Mako! 👏
We are proud to recognize our Clinical Research Coordinator, Dr. Kurane Mako, for her outstanding contributions and successful participation in the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Annual Meeting held in Toronto this past weekend.
During the three-day event, Dr. Mako had an exceptionally productive series of meetings with representatives from Impladent, Biometrics, and Zimvie , discussing in detail the study protocols, patient enrollment processes, and other key aspects of ongoing research collaborations.
As a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator at Metro West, Dr. Mako currently manages four high-level clinical trials—including FDA-regulated and multi-center randomized prospective studies. Conducting such complex and technique-sensitive trials within a busy private practice setting is no small feat, and her dedication and professionalism continue to set a high standard for excellence in clinical research.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Mako for her exceptional work, effective collaboration with other research centers, and her remarkable commitment to advancing clinical science.
