Congratulations to PCHC's April employee of the month ~ Anna Sherwood! Anna has been with PCHC for a little over a year and recently started in a new position of Injury Prevention Coordinator!

Anna was chosen by a fellow employee based on one of the Seven Sacred Teachings, RESPECT. The person who chose Anna said, "The person I have selected for this month has demonstrated respect in a variety of ways, not only in the work setting but, in our community, as well. I have observed her courteous interactions with CHD clients and fitness center participants as well as with her coworkers. She’s always willing to offer a helping hand or words of support when others are dealing with conflict. She honors traditional roles by participating in cultural events and seasonal gathering practices when able and generously shares with others around her. In fact, I find it ironic that the symbol for this month is a fish, because this person was able to share some smoked fish with us this past fall and it was delicious.
She recently accepted a new position as Injury Prevention Coordinator which demonstrates her commitment to honoring the safety and wellbeing of our community. With that, I would like to recognize Anna Sherwood with this month's EOM for the characteristic of Respect."
