Congratulations to the November PCHC Employee of the Month, Anthony Groothoff! Anthony has worked for PCHC / LDF Family Resource Center for over 2.5 years and is one of our Client Services Coordinators. Anthony was chosen based on one of the Seven Sacred Teachings, HONESTY.

The employee who chose Anthony stated, "I chose this person for the Seven Teachings trait Honesty for their strong sense of character and integrity. Their willingness to share their story with others and their ability to accept people as they come has earned them the trust of many in this community and has inspired even more. They have proven to be a reliable and trustworthy person, always showing up for others and advocating for those who can’t. I admire this person’s dedication to further their education in the mental health field and show up to work every day ready to do the most they can. Honesty with others is common, and self–honesty is rare, but guiding someone to self-honesty is the mark of a truly exceptional person. I am grateful to have met this person and to call them a friend. For this trait, I am honored to nominate Anthony Groothoff of the Family Resource Center."
